1. Setup
Select an invoice style that fits your business needs. Enter company information, sales tax rate and your products and services.

2. Create
Enter customer and purchase details. Specify terms, sales rep and territory. Add a personalized customer memo.

3. Print
Print your invoice on pre-printed letterhead, or blank paper. Print a single invoice, or select a group of invoices.

Customer Details Use the customer list drop down menu to populate bill-to company and address details. Copy the bill-to information to the ship-to section with just a click of a button. View Payment Status Invoices & Estimates lets you view the customer's payment status as your creating an invoice. Click the receivables button to view outstanding invoice balances.
