When will the Windows Vista™ compatible version of this product be available?
You can upgrade your current version to 2.0 for free until 1/30/2007 http://www.memeo.com/memeo_autobackup_upgrade_1.htm.
After 1/30/2007 you can receive an upgrade for an additional $10 thru the E-sellerate upgrade mechanism in the software by clicking on "Upgrade Memeo Autobackup" under the Help menu.
How can I tell if the product I purchased is compatible?
Check the About Screen in the Help Menu. The version should be 2.00 or later.
